Satpol PP tidak adil, padahal kami hanya mencari puluhan ribu keuntungan dari berjualan jagung ini, sementara tempat yang jelas-jelas melanggar dan merusak tidak disinggung sama sekali, ini tidak adil,’’ keluh Murni pedagang Jagung MTQ yang sampai saat masih tetap berjualan di pinggiran Jalan Jenderal Sudirman.
Sementara itu Indra Kesuma pada Riau Pos Jumat (22/4) pagi mengatakan, sebelum dilakukannya tindakan tegas terhadap tempat hiburan yang melanggar, belum punya izin atau yang menyalahi izin, Satpol PP akan fokus terlebih dahulu untuk melakukan penertiban pedagang jagung MTQ yang saat ini mulai marak lagi berjualan di pinggir jalan Sudirman.
‘’Kami akan fokus dahulu melakukan penertiban PKL Jagung, yang mulai membandel,’’ tegasnya.
Indra mengatakan setelah ini baru fokus pada peneritban tempat hiburan dengan melibatkan semua pihak terkait termasuk BPT dan Disdukcapil.
Terkait menindaklanjuti tempat usaha yang melanggar Perda dan yang menyalahi izin yang diberikan, Indra mengatakan semua dalam proses untuk diambil tindakan. Sebelum ditindak Satpol PP akan berkoordinasi terlebih dahulu dengan Badan Pelayanan Terpadu (BPT) Kota.
‘’Saya sudah surati semua tempat usaha malam yang menyalahi izin, dan yang melanggar Perda, dari mereka ada yang memenuhi panggilan itu dan ada juga yang tidak mengindahkan sama sekali. Untuk penertiban kami akan koordinasi dahulu dengan pihak BPT bagian perizinannya,’’ tegas Indra yang ditemui Riau Pos, Jumat (22/4) pagi.
Ditambahkannya lagi, setakat ini sebagai penegak Perda baru memberikan teguran lisan dan secara tertulis kepada pengelolanya. Jika sudah ditegur masih juga membandel maka Satpol PP tidak segan-segan untuk melakukan penertiban dengan mencabut izinnya.
Indra mengaku, untuk saat ini banyak tempat hiburan yang menyalahi izin itu dan tidak sedikit pula yang mengangkangi Perda kota.
